He has held senior leadership positions in Corporates in India and abroad and has acquired vast experience in financial accounting, Enterprise Valuations, Financial Controls and Systems, project monitoring, treasury & fund management, etc.

Mr Sandip Chatterjee
Mr. Sandip Chatterjee is a Chartered Accountant , started his career with Lovelock and Lewes and joined DIC India Ltd ( a leading Japanese MNC in Chemicals, Printing Inks segment) in 1988 . During his tenure at DIC India Ltd, he held various key positions, culminating in his role as Chief Finance Officer, reporting to the Chairman & MD and to Board of Directors. He retired from DIC in March 24. He brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in finance, accounting, Internal Control, Risk management, Treasury, Audit and Taxation, garnered over a distinguished career spanning more than past three decades. He also played a significant role in implementing transformative financial systems, including the migration from Oracle to SAP platforms at DIC India Ltd. He was honoured as one of the most influential CFOs by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2016.

Prof. Timir Baran Chatterjee
Prof. Timir Baran Chatterjee, Mentor, Ram S Chopra & Associates, is an industry veteran and expert in corporate laws, indirect and direct tax management, funds management, insurance and risks management. With more than 45 years of experience in finance, tax, legal and corporate affairs, Prof Chatterjee has worked across major corporates, multi-national companies and Government projects on behalf of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
As an integral part of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Prof. Chatterjee has been instrumental in advising the Government of West Bengal for export development to Bangladesh, financial restructuring and advisory for NC Durgapur Projects Ltd, developing report on Destination West Bengal, representing the industry body of the Union Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Finance regarding GST rate issues and other trade matters. In his corporate career he has overseen the setting up of a SEZ unit, conducted various financial restructuring projects ,undertaken slump sale of a subsidiary company, paved the way for India entry for a prominent Japanese company,
among others.
He was the Chairman of Indirect Tax Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Economic Affairs Committee of BCCI
Mr. Chattejee is also a member of the Economic Affairs Committee (Eastern Region) of CII. He is a member of the Corporate Governance committee of CII (Eastern Region) -
Mr. Chatterjee is a regular Visiting Faculty of IIMC ( International Taxation), Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Cost and works Accountants and Institute of Company Secretaries on Taxation, Foreign Trade and Corporate Laws. He has delivered more than 500 lectures on Taxation, Finance, Business Valuation, Foreign Trade Policies and FEMA. He ha authored more than 12 Books on Finance and Taxation.
